Dance Classes for Every Body

Lorraine got me through the Covid year! She is a warm, compassionate, engaging teacher and her classes are inventive, safe for all bodies and full of laughs.  I have taken her Broadway, contemporary and improvisation dance and love them all!

Connect to the joy of movement! Join an adult contemporary dance class, or one of several specialized classes for ages 55+.

 

Therapeutic and adapted programs are also available for people living with chronic pain, Parkinson's Disease and other neurological conditions. ​

Typically, classes run at various locations in Ottawa, but are currently offered via Zoom. See below for details and how to register.

Let your inner star shine! In this light-hearted and supportive class, we'll learn simple dance routines from popular Broadway musicals throughout the decades.
